Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FitQuest XP account yourself, at any time, from the app or from this page. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, hero, class, levels and achievements
• Body profile, weight history, calorie and macro targets
• Food, training, steps, habit, quest, Boss and Vault history
• Connected apps (Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava): links and saved access are revoked
• Notification registrations, feedback messages and in-app analytics events

What happens to billing

• A Quest Pass bought on our website is cancelled immediately; the rest of the paid period is forfeited. Invoices are kept by our payment processor, Stripe, where the law requires it for tax and accounting.
• A Quest Pass bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.

What is kept

Only records we must keep by law (such as payment and tax records held by our payment processor) and server security logs, which expire on their normal schedule. Nothing else is retained.
