What FitQuest is
Real-world health actions — movement, training, food and habits — become quests, XP, levels and rewards. Plain English. No gaming experience needed.
What it does for users
Users begin wherever they are and build consistency and confidence — whether the goal is weight loss, muscle gain, moving more, eating better or feeling well.
What it can do for you
As confidence grows, designed quests nudge users to try a class, find something nearby and discover the instructors, coaches and activities around them.
The on-ramp
Not everyone begins ready to walk into a class or book a coach. Some begin with a walk, a home workout or one small habit. FitQuest rewards those first steps — then encourages people to widen their world as their confidence grows.
A walk, a home workout, a better meal, one habit.
Quests, streaks and visible wins that add up.
Try a class. Find something nearby. Book a spot.
An instructor, a coach, a class, a club — you.

Real quests, real world
Book a Yoga Class and Book a Fitness Class prompt users to find a class nearby and book a spot. “Find a class near me” opens a normal map search; the user chooses where to go, then taps “I booked one”.
Built alongside professionals
FitQuest isn't designed to replace trainers, instructors or communities. For many users, the app may be the confidence-building stage before they're ready to seek real-world expertise. We want professionals involved early so that bridge is genuinely useful.
The app encourages the action. You provide the experience.
We're still developing how professional and local discovery evolves. Your feedback now can help shape it.
The real app
These are genuine screens from FitQuest today — not mock-ups.

1
Steps, simple workouts and daily habits level up a hero people actually want to check on.

2
Real actions become quests across five difficulty tiers, with a weekly goal to aim for.

3
Calories earned through movement are banked in the Vault — visible proof that effort adds up.

4
Harder tiers include quests to find and book a real class nearby.

5
Yoga, classes, dance, swimming, spin and more can all be logged as real Training.
Every discipline welcome
Strength, cardio, flexibility, skill, sport or recovery — the step from app to real world applies across every kind of fitness.

Straight answers
No. The game layer is there to make progress more engaging. The fitness actions and goals are always written in plain language — log a workout, hit your steps, eat well, recover.
Not at this stage. Phase 1 is simply about trying the product and telling us honestly what works and what doesn't.
No. FitQuest is designed to help people take action and build consistency. For some users, that may be the step that gives them the confidence to seek out a class, coach or new activity in the real world.
We're still developing how professional and local discovery will evolve. Right now, we're inviting professionals to help shape that experience rather than promising placement or leads.
Quests like Book a Yoga Class and Book a Fitness Class open a normal map search for classes near the user. FitQuest doesn't read their location or book anything — the user chooses where to go and taps “I booked one” to earn XP.
Adults working toward many different health and fitness goals — weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, consistency, movement, nutrition and self-care. Not one type of athlete, and not only gamers.
Nothing to try. Create an account with the free trial and use it the way you naturally would.
It takes a minute to start. Your honest view shapes what we build next.
