How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt to request a refund, or contact us through the app's support channel and we will raise it for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your Hero sheet. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to all orders.
